PREVENTION AND MITIGATION

We prepare your team in all aspects of safety management. Understand (your operation), collect, clean, consolidate, analyze, identify, reduce, mitigate, prevent, monitor, promote. With three focuses: people, safety & business.

Key message: I know where my risks are and I have addressed them.

PREPARDENESS

Being prepared does not mean having a solid Crisis Management Manual / Emergency Response Plan on paper (or digitally). It goes much further and you need to have been trained, you need to have the resources, infrastructure and tools and you need to know who is in charge!

Key message: scenarios, digital documents and regular training must live in you.

RESPONSE

Yes, it happened! The unthinkable has become reality. All the training and preparation, all the time spent on scenarios and possible outcomes, is now here! In times like these, two (or three) aspects are of epic importance: business continuity and communication, and not forgetting the human aspects!

Key message: let the crisis management team guide you through this difficult time. Ensure business continuity!

RECOVERY

You are managing the crisis well, thanks to our support and preparation. Now it is time to return to business as usual. Now, implement the strategies (developed in the preparation steps) to restore normal operations after a disruption. This includes completing the damage assessment, reallocating resources, and ensuring that all protocols are in place to maintain critical functions until needed, while gradually resuming full operations.

The key message is to return to normal operations as quickly as possible, but not too quickly.

COMMUNICATION

Communication is one of the most important aspects of a crisis today. Just 15 years ago, if a major accident occurred, it would take hours to reach the mainstream. Today, seconds! Not minutes, seconds! Therefore, in each of the above steps, communication is vital to survival.

Some suggestions: never speculate, stick to the facts, and if you do not know something, say it! And never underestimate the power of social media. It takes more than 30 years to build a reputation, but only a few seconds to destroy it.
